PurchaseOrderDocument

A purchase order to a vendor: letterhead with PO number, PO date / required-by / terms / quotation ref / requester, vendor and deliver-to blocks, priced lines with item code, quantity + unit and SST rate, posted totals in words, delivery instructions, terms and prepared-by / approved-by signatures.

import { PurchaseOrderDocument } from "@cynco-labs/ui";

Example

Use

Printing, emailing or downloading an approved purchase order; the same component renders the on-screen preview.

Props

order: PurchaseOrderData { number, date, requiredBy?, terms?, quotationRef?, requester? {name, department?}, currency?, revision?, vendor: DocParty, deliverTo: DocParty, lines: {itemCode?, description, detail?, quantity, unit?, unitPrice, taxRate?, taxCode?, amount}[], totals: {subtotal?, discount?, taxes?: {label?, rate?, amount}[], shipping?, rounding?, total}, deliveryInstructions?, termsAndConditions?, notes?, preparedBy?, approvedBy?, acceptedBy? }; plus brand?, size? (a4 | letter), stamp?, fit?, isolate?, className.

Notes

Minimal / classic / modern in black ink only, any font, en / ms / en-ms (bilingual), all from the DocumentBrandProvider. Lines and totals are printed exactly as given (posted values; no maths in the component). Delivery instructions, T&C and notes sit beside the totals so a typical order fits one A4 in modern/minimal English; classic + bilingual flows to a second page with headers repeated and signatures kept together. Footer omits the 'no signature required' notice because the PO is signed. Tax labels accept {en, ms}. Pass acceptedBy (or true) for a vendor acknowledgement line.
